1 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
2 cup Oatmeal or rolled oats regular or quick dry uncooked
3/4 cup Milk low fat 1% milkfat
1 1/2 cup Blueberries raw

- Beat egg whites.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and mix well.
- Bake on low for 3 hours.
- Portion out 6 servings and top with about 1/4 cup fresh blueberries per serving.
