  • Chop onion and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground turkey, cooked until browned on the outside.
  • Add chopped onion and pepper. Cook until ground turkey is cooked through and no longer pink inside. Stir in taco seasoning.
  • Stir in tomatoes, cauliflower rice, and broth. Cook on medium-low heat about 8-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with cheese, keeping pan heat on medium-low until melted, about 3-4 minutes.
