Olive or extra virgin olive oil

Zesty italian salad dressing & marinade dry mix

Parmesan cheese grated

Preheat the oven to 425F.
Spread broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots evenly on a baking sheet.
Drizzle olive oil over vegetables.
Sprinkle Italian herb mix over vegetables, and coat evenly.
Bake in oven for 10 minutes. Stir vegetables and bake for another 10 minutes or until the vegetables are tender.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and divide evenly between 6 servings.
