Cut the cauliflower into large chunks, discarding the core.
Place raw cauliflower chunks in a food processor and pulse until the cauliflower is in small pieces and looks like snow.

Prepare by heating 2 T olive oil on the stove. Add the cauliflower to the skillet and cook for about 10 minutes just until the cauliflower is fork-tender.
