1/3 medium Cucumber peeled raw
1/2 avocado Avocados raw
2 tbsp Cream sour
1 teaspoon Peppermint fresh or raw herb
1 teaspoon Lime juice
1/8 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Spices celery seed
1/8 tsp Pepper black

Wash, peel and de-seed the cucumber. Dice into tiny pieces.
Mash the avocado with a fork in a medium bowl.
Add the cucumber and remaining ingredients into the bowl with the avocado. Mix well and serve immediately.
