2.5 tablespoon Applesauce canned unsweetened with added ascorbic acid
1 cup, shredded Cabbage raw
1 tsp Sesame seed kernels (shelled) dried

In a pint jar, add chicken, oil, reduced-sodium soy sauce, rice vinegar and applesauce and shredded cabbage. Seal and store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
When ready to eat, shake jar vigorously to combine ingredients.
