16 oz Salmon coho wild raw
1/4 tsp Chili flakes or crushed red pepper spice

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Rub salmon with walnut oil.
- Place salmon with skin down on a baking dish.
- Combine seasonings and sprinkle onto salmon.
- Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily. You can also cook in a skillet on the stove top.
