3 tablespoon Ice (frozen water)
1/2 cup Almond milk unsweetened fortified
2 cup, unthawed Strawberries frozen unsweetened
1/3 cup Protein powder, whey based
1/2 teaspoon Psyllium husk powder

- Place 3 ice cubes in a blender. Let sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
- Add coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 10 seconds or until runny and set aside.
- Add almond milk, frozen strawberries, liquid stevia, whey powder, psyllium powder, and melted coconut oil to the blender. Blend until smooth. Divide equally between 2 bowls and enjoy!

This recipe uses liquid stevia. Feel free to use the sweetener of your choice.
