3 steps

  • Place 3 ice cubes in a blender. Let sit for about 5 minutes to soften slightly.
  • Add coconut oil to a small microwave-safe bowl. Heat for about 10 seconds or until runny and set aside.
  • Add almond milk, frozen strawberries, liquid stevia, whey powder, psyllium powder, and melted coconut oil to the blender. Blend until smooth. Divide equally between 2 bowls and enjoy!
