1 medium, about 7" long Bananas frozen unsweetened
1/2 cup Mango frozen chunks
4 oz Greek yogurt plain nonfat
1/3 cup (not packed) Cottage cheese low fat 1% milkfat
1 scoop Vanilla whey protein powder low carb
1/2 cup Milk nonfat skim or fat free

- Place frozen banana, frozen mango, yogurt, cottage cheese, cinnamon, vanilla whey protein powder, milk, orange juice, and ice into a blender. Blend on high until smooth.
- Drink immediately or store in the refrigerator. Enjoy! This recipe makes about 4 cups (2 cups per serving).
Tips:
This recipe makes a hearty and thick smoothie without added sugar. If you don't like cottage cheese, increase the yogurt to 1 cup and omit the cottage cheese and milk.
You can use store-bought orange juice or squeeze your own. One large orange squeezed is about 1/4 cup.
If you don't have any frozen banana on hand, peel one and place it in the freezer for about 2 hours.
