Healthier than store-bought, this is a satisfying, fiber-rich, whole-food snack.

1 tbsp Avocado oil

2 oz Snacks popcorn unpopped kernels

5 steps

  • Select a large nonstick pot with a lid.
  • Heat 1 Tbsp of avocado oil on medium high heat in the pot along with 2 popcorn kernels.
  • Once the kernels have popped, add the remaining popcorn kernels and place lid on pot (keep lid slightly ajar so steam can escape).
  • Shake pot and kernels about every minute.
  • Cook for about 12 minutes or until all kernels have popped.

Makes about 6 cups popped
