2 oz Snacks popcorn unpopped kernels

- Select a large nonstick pot with a lid.
- Heat 1 Tbsp of avocado oil on medium high heat in the pot along with 2 popcorn kernels.
- Once the kernels have popped, add the remaining popcorn kernels and place lid on pot (keep lid slightly ajar so steam can escape).
- Shake pot and kernels about every minute.
- Cook for about 12 minutes or until all kernels have popped.
Makes about 6 cups popped
