Heat oven to 350F.
Spray sheet of heavy aluminum foil with pan spray.
Place salmon on foil.
Peel and cut garlic cloves.
Cut small slices into salmon and stick cloves into salmon.
Sprinkle with thyme.
Cut lemon in half. Juice half of lemon and pour over salmon. Cut the other half into slices and place onto salmon.
Roll up and bake in sealed aluminum foil for about 25 min.
