2/3 cup Milk low fat 1% milkfat
1/2 cup Oatmeal or rolled oats regular or quick dry uncooked
1 tablespoon Cranberries sweetened dried

- Cover, shake to mix and refrigerate overnight.
- It is ready to eat the next morning.
