1/2 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage raw
1/2 cup Cilantro or coriander leaves fresh or raw herb
1 carrot (7-1/2") Carrots raw
1 pepper Peppers jalapeno raw
2 tbsp Olive or extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp Sea salt non-iodized

- Thinly slice cabbage. Chop cilantro. Shred carrot.
- Dice the jalapeno and mince the ginger.
- Place the five vegetables in a large bowl.
- Toss vegetables with lime juice, olive oil, and stevia.
- Sprinkle with salt. Enjoy!
Tips:
You can use red or green cabbage or a combination of both for added color.
For convenience, you can buy shredded cabbage.
