  • Rinse and drain kidney beans.
  • Cut corn off cobs (makes about 1 1/2 cups of corn kernels).
  • Cut green beans to 1 inch pieces. If you are using raw green beans, boil or simmer for about 5 minutes and then drain.
  • Cut mozzarella cheese into cubes.
  • Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
