1/2 cup Artichoke Hearts
1/2 small Peppers sweet red raw
1/2 small Onions raw
10 olives Olives kalamata pitted
1/8 cup Basil fresh or raw herb
1/8 cup Parsley fresh or raw herb
1 clove Garlic raw
8 oz Fish tuna white canned in water without salt drained solids
1/2 tsp, ground Oregano dried
1/2 cup Mayonnaise light or lite
1 tbsp Lemon juice raw
1/2 tsp Pepper black
6 leaf, large large Lettuce raw (butterhead boston or bibb type)

Chop artichoke hearts. Dice red pepper and onion Slice olives in half. Mince basil, parsley, and garlic.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
