10oz Spinach frozen unprepared
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese grated
1/4 cup, chopped Walnuts raw
2 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
1 cup, shredded Mozzarella cheese whole milk

- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Process spinach, Parmesan cheese, 2 tablespoons nuts, and garlic in a food processor or until blended.
- Pour olive oil into the food processor through pour spout while the processor is running. Process until mixture is well blended.
- Spoon spinach mixture into a small baking dish; stir in mozzarella cheese and remaining nuts.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stirring after 8 min.
