  • Combine herbs and spices.
  • Rub onto steak.
  • Spray shallow roasting pan with pan spray.
  • Place steak on pan. Broil about 4-5 minutes on each side to desired degree of doneness.
  • Slice the steak against the grain (this will make it easier to chew).

Garnished with fresh oregano in recipe photo.
