2 medium, about 7" long Bananas raw
2 large egg Egg whole raw
1/2 cup Oat milk lowfat fortified
1 2/3 cup Oats rolled regular dry uncooked

- Add the bananas, eggs, oat milk, rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt to a blender. Blend until smooth.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat until shimmering.
- Pour approximately 1/4 cup of batter at a time into circles on the pan. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until lightly browned on the bottom.
- Flip and cook on the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
