5 sprays, about 1/3 second each spray Vegetable cooking spray oil
2 cup Flour white all purpose
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Sugar white
1/2 cup Cocoa powder dry unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
3 medium Zucchini raw
2 large egg Egg whole raw
2 tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 cup, chopped Pecans raw
1/2 cup Canola oil

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with oil.
Sift flour, salt, sugar, cocoa and baking soda into a medium-sized mixing bowl.
Grate zucchini - 3 medium sized zucchini should make the 2 cups grated needed for this recipe.
In a separate bowl, combine eggs, vanilla extract, pecans, grated zucchini and canola oil.
Mix together dry and wet ingredients.
Spread dough in oiled pan.
Bake for 30 minutes or until brownies are done cooking. Brownies are done once a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie pan comes out clean.
