  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
  • Heat oil in large pot and cook chicken and chopped onions until chicken is no longer pink.
  • Stir in the remaining ingredients except for green onions.
  • Heat to a boil, then reduce and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  • Chop green onions.
  • Before serving, top with green onions.
