1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions raw
8 oz Ham honey smoked cooked
1/4 tsp Lemon pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp, ground Thyme dried

- Soak beans in water overnight. Rinse well.
- Chop onion, mince garlic, and cut ham into bite-sized pieces.
- Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- If desired, puree 3/4 of soup in small batches, returning to slow cooker before serving.
