8 oz Almond milk unsweetened
1/3 cup Hemp seeds shelled or hulled
1/2 oz (6-8 kernels) Brazil nuts or brazilnuts

- In a medium saucepan on the stove add: almond milk, hemp seeds, flax meal, coconut oil, chia seeds, liquid stevia, vanilla and cinnamon. Bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, stir, cover and reduce heat to simmer for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat, add in the almond meal and stir.
- Finely dice the Brazil nuts.
- Evenly divide cereal between 2 bowls. Top each bowl with even amount of Brazil nuts.

Note: You can purchase whole flax seeds and grind them in a coffee grinder when ready to use. For this recipe grind 2 tbsp of whole flax seeds into meal.
