3 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp Parsley fresh or raw herb
3 tbsp Parmesan cheese shredded

- Spiral the zucchini and chop the garlic cloves. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan. Saute the garlic for 30 seconds, then add the zucchini. Cook until the zucchini is soft.
- Season with salt.
- Stir in the parsley and parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
