2 tbsp Olive or extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Sea salt non-iodized
1/4 tsp Pepper red or cayenne spice

- Peel and mince the garlic.
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute for 3-5 minutes, until the garlic is almost brown.
- Mix the smoked paprika, salt, chili powder, and cayenne pepper in a small bowl; stir into sauteed garlic to make a paste.
- Add the raw almonds and stir until they are thoroughly coated.
- Continue toasting the almonds in the skillet until they are fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and allow the nuts to cool. Remember to portion out and enjoy!
One serving is 1/8 cup or 2 tablespoons.
