2 teaspoon Parsley fresh or raw herb
3 tablespoon Olive or extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon Lemon juice raw

- Smash avocado in a small bowl or mason jar with a fork.
- Finely dice the parsley and mix with avocado.
- Add the other ingredients and whisk until smooth and creamy. You may need to add additional water to thin out the dressing. Enjoy!
This recipe makes 1/2 cup (8 tbsp) of dressing. 1 serving is 2 tbsp.
