  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Core and slice apples and place into a 9 inch pie pan.
  • Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
  • Mix flours, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Cut butter into mixture.
  • Spread flour mixture over the apples. Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft when pierced with a fork.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Tips:
6 medium apples will make about 4 cups sliced.
