Preheat oven to 400F.
Cut cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and place in a large bowl. Mince garlic.
In a small bowl, whisk the avocado oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, turmeric and salt to make the dressing.
Pour dressing over cauliflower; mix to coat evenly.
Spread the cauliflower evenly on a baking sheet.
Roast for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Chop parsley; sprinkle over cauliflower for garnish.
