Shopping for A Food Grade Items Topic

Shopping for "A" Food Grade Items has been fun, but also a challenge. I even found Salads that only got a C grade and that is just sad!
Everyone has their motivators. Mine are
1. Exercise has to be an adventure or I get bored or won't do it.
2. Getting a Food grade of A is fun and challenging as it uses technology and gives me the AHA moments.
3. I take evenings and weekends off the diet as it is too hard to do when I have more time, but still try not to go too far overboard.

My goal was to find high-serving foods with a grade of A that you would not think were good for you.

In my efforts, I spent 67.00 for 3 plastic grocery bags worth. Which is terrible. I brought them home and started comparing them to what I had here.

Cheerios Strawberry Cereal: 140 calories and 1 cup servings (190) with skim milk 2.79 a box got the same grade as a 4.00 box of multigrain cereal in the health aisle, same calories. The only thing better with the multigrain one was its servings for 1 1/4 cups.

I need regular protein for my hypoglycemia so I have to eat what works, however, I prefer vegetarian-type foods. I used to eat very little meat til I got diagnosed and meat protein was what worked. However, I worked with my doctor to slowly introduce vegetarian back into my diet and am now up to 3/4 vegetarian on my good days without issue.
I hate canned vegetables so saving that way will not work for me. I do fresh or fresh frozen.
Also keeping me motivated is my cheap bone. I will find foods that are inexpensive, convenient with a food-grade of A :-)
