Shutting off target calories Topic

Sometimes when I am having trouble tracking, I just want to use the tracker as a tracker. What I mean is that the tracker does not scold me for going over calorie goals . I sometimes know that I am going over the calorie range but I dont want the app to give me any negative feedback. Is there a way of doing it on MyNetDiary.

If you dont, I would make it as a suggestion.

Celia

I had the same issue while on vacation ~ We went out to eat ~ I felt horrible trying to figure out ingredients and breaking them down to try and figure out calories when I was supposed to be enjoying time with the family ~ so after the first day I just left 2 days blank ~ Now I’m constantly scolded by the app to finish those 2 days and the worst it keeps saying be honest about even one peanut ~ How about a vacation mode or just not log for a day or two without being scolded… I know I tried to eat right with a possibility of going over … but when your out with family it should be without being belittled or nagged by something meant to help you

CeliaBoston & Lavanya ,

Sorry about the trouble, and thank you for the suggestions!

Is there a chance you can send any screenshots related to the issues and your comments along with them at support@mynetdiary.com? We'll look into these problems.

Thank you again.

Sincerely,

When I was in WW I sometimes went over my weekly calorie bank and for the whole week it showed in a calorie deficit. When I manually track, I could just start fresh.

Sometimes I want to track even when I know I am being bad.

I think my app is setting calorie level way too low. It has me eating less than 900 a day. No way that is healthy or sustainable

I have adjusted calorie intake by adjusting my weight goals.

I am sending you the screenshots. I sometimes which automated trackers had a feature where you could turn off the diet notifications and just track.
