Sick eating Topic


It's so hard to stick to counting those calories when you feel like crap. Just want something easy and fast. Should mention that when I feel sick I eat more,not less. Think I'll have to put some emergency just heat up pack in the freezer for the next time I am sick. :/ and exercise is just nonexistent. Really hard to get back to the gym now. Lost my get up and go mojo :(


If Im sick I'll I just focus on making my body healthy again. Heck, working out might prolong the illness because you need time to let your body repair. Focus on eating healthy foods that will help you get better, even if counting calories is too much. Get back on your plan as soon as you can. Don't beat yourself up, just get better and get counting again.
