Snacking Topic


Does anyone know anyways to stop snacking so much? Or do you know any health/good snack that I could try? It has to be below or at 100 cals


If you have a craving for a snack then have a big glass of water first, wait fifteen minutes and see if you still want it. Also make sure you have a high fibre breakfast. If you still feel the need to snack then rice cakes are pretty good. They come on a variety of flavours and are very low cal :) I currently have mild chilli ones that are 33cal per cake and one or two cakes usually curb my snacking :)
