Welcome, all new members. I wish we could have more than 25, but it will only let me have 25 in the group.
I see a lot of you are doing amazing keeping with your goals. I had some medical issues and went back up to 213 and have been stuck there.
Things should be slowing down now so I should be checking in more often.
I met someone, moved, and also had COVID. Yes anti-social me, got it from my socialite boyfriend.
I have however been getting my 2000plus steps per day in and feel a little stronger, but of course, pushed myself too much and hurt myself, lol

Welcome back then.^^ Doing pretty good all things considered. Still doing my all meat & dairy diet and the weight keeps on dropping. Last time I weighed in I have lost a total of 31 kg give or take. It's been a while since I last weighed in because I don't have a scale at home and mainly weigh in at my doctor's office.

During the last follow up he was pretty impressed, given that he wanted me for a gastric bypass surgery and stubborn me refused. But the results don't lie.

Also built up some more muscle and keep on training now about 3x per week. And it shows.

Still off all BP meds and the readings are just fine as well. My doc said, I should just keep doing what I do. I'll take that ;)
