This is my first day. I’m determined, but know it will be a long journey. I’ve tried before and failed.

Hi JesusGirl13,
I am so glad you started tracking! So many others who have tried other plan in past find themselves successful from tracking. You can use foods familiar to you and adjust portions or tweak the combinations in order to get the calories down where they need to be while getting more activity to burn more calories. It makes you more aware of your daily habits and can be a learning journey for long term wellness. Let us know how you are doing and reach out in forum to others who are right there with you!
Make it a healthy and happy day! Brenda (MyNetDIary Dietitian)

Research has shown that finding support like an exercise buddy or someone to connect with in regards to your progress can be beneficial. This article may provide you with some other tips. https://www.mynetdiary.com/the-power-of-support-for-weight-loss.html

Interesting, thanks. I’ve certainly found discussions online with others to be helpful. My circumstances mean that I don’t really have a local buddy, family excepted. .
