Starting my journey Topic


Hi, Im brand new, just started yesterday with this and im keeping my fingers crossed that it will work well for me.

If anyone has any tips etc please feel free to help me out :)


Welcome. This isn't a very active group but perhaps we can change that!

I've been at this for nearly 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. My biggest suggestion is to eat large meals so that you feel satisfied and won't feel the urge to snack or binge at night. Also try not to "save" calories for dinner. Every time I think I'm saving my calories and eat light so I can have a "bad" meal I regret it. I'm famished and eat so quickly that I don't get to enjoy the meal anyway. Then my belly hurts :-(

And when I say large meals I mean large in volume not necessarily calories. Brothy soups, salad, and steamed veggies are great filler foods. Load up on these and eat a small portion of the main course.
