Starting over Topic

Well I did great over a year ago lost over 20kg, I have now put most of that back on!?? . I worked so hard and now have to do it all over again! Trying desperately to find all the motivation I can get my hands on to help me get back into this. I made a small goal, 6 -8 weeks, in hopes it will keep me focused , also asked got husband to support me and some friends remotely to offer support but I lost my two exercise buddies so i am on my own in that area. Any words of wisdom for me as I attempt this yet again?

Sometimes I think I lose the same pounds over and over again. Just focus on one pound at a time.

Been there, done that. Now focusing on making small, systematic and PERMANENT changes. I lost a few pounds initially, but now no loss on the scale in over four months...but I'm not quitting. My shape does look different...nicer...despite lack of regular exercise, my body composition is looking a bit better. I'm no longer in a desperate rush to lose weight. I'm making healthier, permanent changes, and will continue to add new habits. The weight loss WILL follow.
