Hi

My name is Carol and I have just rejoined after not using the Site since I moved from Cheshire to Devon in November last year. I am 67 years old and live with my husband Paul and our rescue dog Sandy. I am aiming to lose a sizeable amount of weight before we go on a river cruise on the Rhine to celebrate Paul's 60th birthday in October

Cycling and swimming along with a really clean diet like no fried foods or unnecessary sugar does real wonders

Hi carol,
What great motivation I hear that cruise is beautiful hope to go one day myself. I am also just starting again on the program wanting to lose a good amount of weight also. I’m exercising more this time enjoying walking with my husband and small dog. Also making some food adjustments eating more veggies.
