Started on my weight loss journey yet again. Been trying and failed so so many times.
142 lbs —-> 125lbs (my original weight). I need to be consistent, which is my struggle .
Hoping to get it right this time 🙏🏻 anyone want to be accountability buddies?


I pretty much have the same goal. I’m at 141 right now and want to get back to 120/125 (also my original weight). Good luck! It’s not easy but staying consistent and walking for 4miles in the morning has helped a ton. I get over 7,000 steps in and burn about 400 calories 😁


That’s awesome !! What is your target date and target calories? Maybe we can get there at the same time !☺️


My target date is next Jan 2024. I’m basically starting over …, again! I’ve lost from 205 to 159 but have stayed there for probably 3 months! I’ve been eating only 1000 calories a day and nothing! So in reading my assessment it says I should be eating 1200 so I’m going to try that and see what happens. I’d love to work with you to get to our goals!


Yes 1000 calories seems very less. Mine is showing 1400 so I’m trying to stick to that. Yes, let’s do this!


I am in desperate need of accountability buddies. I had them with the last program I was on but that program soured. My weight has been going up ever since. I am at 169. Need to be at 140.


How are you doing so far, User14? I am working at it. Difficult when the body is too pained to exercise as I once was able to do so. But sitting around as I am doing sure isn’t helping the weight loss. I am down to 165 after having weighed 157 on Feb 14th.
