Hi All! I am starting today and determined to lose weight. I am going to eat a low carb diet (under 50 carbs per day) and see how it goes. I will adjust my diet as I see or don't see results. Any advice on what has worked is welcome!


I'm starting today. I've low carbed before. I try sticking below 30 net carbs per day. Finding new low carb food ideas and recipes keeps you going. My main battle is not quitting once you stumble. I lasted 5 months last time but hoping to go longer till I reach my goal.
