Any suggestions on being stuck?. I lost near 20 pounds in just over a month somehow then got stuck for about a month. Then lost 5 more pounds. Now pretty much stuck at the same weight for the past 2 months.
I have it set to just under 2100 cal. per day. (I think my recommended daily is 3,000 to maintain my current weight.)
Just started working out again 2 weeks ago. I have it set NOT to add more calories.

As you lose weight, your maintenance calories go down. Try going with what the app recommends as maintenance and start a 1 pound per week plan.

I understand that. I'm still well below what the app recommends for losing 2 pounds a week. But been sitting the same for a couple months now. I have it set to auto adjust also.

if you want to see more of a weight drop you need to decrease the amount of your calorie intake and increase the amount of cardio for exercising

even as simple as walking on the treadmill at a 12 incline , 3 speed for 30 mins a day will help significantly

Hello GunLake- I am sorry to hear the scale is not reflecting your hard work. I realize this can be frustrating and as time goes on leave you to doubt in the process.
Here are some tips to get the scale moving again..
1. Strong work on your weight loss! You were off to a great start. Your recommitment to exercise will help get the scale moving. Trainers generally suggest shifting your workout routine about every 6 weeks to challenge your muscles to produce the most calorie burn.
Make sure to include some strength training in addition to cardio.
2. Return to weighing and measuring your portions. We can all become lax with our portion estimation over time. Here are some tips that can help: https://www.mynetdiary.com/estimating-portions-for-food-diary.html
3. You may find these expert tips helpful including the impact of intermittent fasting as well as tips on how to feel full on fewer calories:

An update in case anyone else comes across this and theyre "stuck". When I posted this back in November, I was still 220. (Started 247). Today June 23rd, I am 179! I have lost 68 pounds. I go through cycles where I drop weight fast and then slow way down and lose nothing. I just keep at it, Logging daily and staying under/at my calories.
