Since February, I've been on a conscious eating journey, determined to achieve real weight loss after several years of trying. At the start, I weighed 82kgs and used to indulge in whatever I craved – donuts, muffins, cookies, and sugary drinks. However, this time, I approached it differently. For the first two months, I allowed myself to enjoy those treats, but in moderation – just a small piece to satisfy my taste buds. Gradually, I reduced my dessert intake to once a day and eventually broke free from the habit altogether. Now, I still eat occasionally, but I no longer have the same appetite for those unhealthy cravings. I'm truly grateful to this community for their support throughout this journey.
