Hi Folks, so, the weather is getting nicer in many areas- has this encouraged you to move more? Exercise - especially moderate intensity exercise, can actually help you sleep better, reduce symptoms of depression, burn calories, and for many of us, actually help not hinder appetite control. Do something you love or enjoy - it doesn't have to be punishment.
My favorite activity - walking outside while listening to my favorite NPR podcast - Fresh Air.
