Just had surgery to correct a hernia. My sugars have ranged from 84-120 for the last 3 months, but after getting out of hospital and eating, I am getting a 184 reading, and I have also gotten a 186 reading after lunch. What can I do to bring them down.. I have eaten these meals before (Hi Protein/Low Carb) with great success. The medications and the stuff they used to put me to sleep must be messing with my levels. Is there a way to counteract it? I only take Glipizide AM/PM, and Tradjenta AM/PM.

I know how you feel about the diabetes! I am taking pills, how about you? I don't have as much weight to lose as you do but it is the same struggle. Have a great day and I hope all is going well for you!
