Found another keeper for me the bagel lover . Have tried the bagel flat things-better than nothing, also tried those tiny ones for 110 calorie which left me wanting more but today tried Kim's light bagel- a regular size bagel (not a huge one that I love but a good size) for 110. Will buy again

Oh good - I needed a bagel idea. I am also not a huge fan of the bagel thins, especially having lived in NY near H&H bagels. Sigh.
Will try Kim's Light Bagel - hopefully, can find it here.

The bagel lady supposedly lost 212 pound and turned it into her job and business. If that is true-Good for her. She has a website that was interesting. Looked like an entreponeur in action-if it is true. Always interesting to see how small business start. Her product is very good as I had it today with PB2 and a banana. Like the "good old days" just didn't jhurt as much to log it.lol

I know a lot of folks love them. I haven't tried them since I tend to overeat on stuff like that. It is too cake-y for me.

When I have Vita-Tops, I usually bring one of the 100 calorie ones with me to work for breakfast on long run or extra hard track workout days because I they are my treat I've "earned" those days and I'm always late those days. :-)
They are pretty delicious and though quite nutritious, but I can see how they could potentially be hard to resist if muffins/cake are trigger foods for you. Especially since they usually come in boxes of 6.

Biscotti and a soy latte are my go-to when I really need a carb based sweet treat. If I am really needing something and can afford the calories on that day then I might go for the chocolate dipped one (Nonni's).

Yes! I love Nonni's biscotti for that reason - the calories work and they are individually wrapped. Somehow, Nonni's work for me whereas the idea of Vita Tops makes me think "cake - trigger food."

This product might be good to share on the other forum thread regarding snacks! Sounds like a winner!
