Current goal: My main goals include;

-- Lower blood sugar to 125 (currently at 265)
-- Drop weight to 185 (I have not been that weight in 30 years)
-- Increase my physical strength, stamina, and endurance (on the road)
Favorite diets: None. Are you crazy. I am watching my carbs, fat, sugar.
Favorite activities: golf, walking, movies
Need help with: Doing excellent to start. I am down 12 lbs in 6 weeks. Very happy with that.
