Toning Topic


Does not seem like many people use this group actively but i thought i would make a post anyhow and see if i can't get some advice. i started my weightloss a few months ago, have since lost more than 80 pounds. I see alot of change in myself, but of course my main problem area is my stomach.
For a long time i wasn't paying attention to doing core exercises, as i thought i had too much weight to loose to even contemplate trying to tone my core. Now i'm in a bit of a strange situation, as my lower stomach is rather lopsided (my upper stomach and hips aren't). not the end of the world or anything, just wondering if anyones got any suggestions.
I've come to the conclusion that this issue is probably from a lack of balance? like i unintentionally flex, and work harder with my right side, than my left, but i can't seem to get myself out of this rhythm! i've switched my exercises to do cardio, then stomach exercises focusing on the left side, but i don't feel like i'm seeing much change...


Doesn't look like this is used much at all but anyway.... Not sure what sort of workouts you are doing but have you tried something like Jillian Michaels 6 week 6 pack. I'm going to do this when I finish TurboFire. Congratulations on your weight loss! That's awesome!
