This is only supposed to be done for a few days but it works. Simply eat tuna and lots of water. Take vitamins as well. Bodybuilders have been using it for years. I am and feel slimmer alreAdy.

That might work for a quick short weight loss but it doesn't sound sustainable at all. Body builders aren't always making choices based on health, this sound like a pre-competition type thing.
Real sustained weight loss is not quick and taking potentially dangerous shortcuts can be harmful to your body and counter productive weight loss goals.
Also, as a woman eating LOTS of tuna isn't healthy because of the mercury content.

eek, i agree. mercury comment and all.
Im doing a high intensity workout program and I get to eat all kinds of yummy things all day. its all about balance, for sure.

i do agree, we have to balance. i believe that walking daily for half an hour in the morning helpsa lot. we can still eat all kind of food managing our calaories per day. lets support each other for the walk :)
