About me

Current goal: I have always Ben a toto dieter, but I'd like to get off that train! I need to lose about 40 pounds to be where I look and feel good!
Favorite diets: High protein. I originally lost 150 pounds on Quick Weight Loss
Favorite activities: I have a recumbent bike which I use for about an hour each day. I also use hand weights with the bike. We normally go to a fitness club 3 times a week, but the cold weather has us down!
Need help with: Finding what I'm doing wrong with my daily diet plan! What am I eating that is keeping me from losing?

More info: I am very motivated. I recently took a page from QWC and have begun to add a protein bar to my diet, while maintaining the calories laid down by My Net Diary. I will welcome input from anyone! I recently purchased Quest bars.
