I have a recumbent bike which I use for about an hour each day. I also use hand weights with the bike. We normally go to a fitness club 3 times a week, but the cold weather has us down! |

I am very motivated. I recently took a page from QWC and have begun to add a protein bar to my diet, while maintaining the calories laid down by My Net Diary. I will welcome input from anyone! I recently purchased Quest bars. |
