Week 1 Success!!! Topic


After a LOT of hard work, and watching the calorie intake, I managed to loose 6 LBS!!

I'm not expecting to see these results week over week, but some encouraging numbers right off the bat sure makes me feel good!!

Not only did I loose the weight, but mid week last week, I just started feeling better!! After going to the gym, I felt I had more energy, and although my tummy growled like crazy, it was a good feeling.


Congrats! It's great losing more than expected initially. My first month I lost 16 pounds :-)

Now I'm trying to stick with a modest 10 pounds/ month.


Congratulations! Keep up the good work. I think that the exercise, in particular, always guarantees a good week for me. Whenever I plateau or the weight seems to be coming off slowly it's because I've been slacking and haven't put in the work on the exercise front. So good job and keep going.
