Weekly Workout Check-In Topic


Struggling to get back in my routine after vacation. Ugh! Going to give a Gym a try this week to see if it helps.


Starting to get back into a regular routine now. Did the Gym almost everyday last week.


Glad to hear you're getting back on track. I've still been working out but stopped posting since it seemed like the board was dying.

I did pick up a cold this week so I'm focusing on rest and getting better before I start working out again.


Yeah the board has become very quiet. I ended up hitting a rut for awhile and not logging, but I am going to try and get back into the swing of things this next week. Feel free to make any topics or do whatever to get these boards alive. Hope you have gotten back to your workout.


Got some great rides in during the last week and I've gotten back to my body weight workouts post sickness.


Had a solid week of going to the gym, hoping to carry through the holiday weekend and into next week.


Had a great workout week. 3 bodyweight workouts and lots of miles on the bike.

I have been pretty streaky as of late with my working out, but I seem to be getting back more into a groove.


That good. I seem to be doing more bike riding than body weight workouts. Got some new knee stretches from my doc so I'll likely be back at it.
