When I lose weight it tends to come off my arms and face which makes me look older or possibly I'll.
I'd like to reduce the size of my stomach.
The only exercise I do is walking the dog.
I'm sticking to 1500 - 1800 calories a day.
My current weight is 203 lbs
I'm looking to get down to 185 lbs this year, that's the top end on my BMI.
Should I do weight training or some other sort of exercise to recuse the fat on other parts of my body or doesn't it work like that.

You can't target where fat will be lost. You have to just keep losing fat and it will come off the stomach eventually. If you add weight training, you can reshape your body some. By building up some muscle and losing the fat, you should look slimmer.

The first place you lose fat from is visceral or the fat surrounded on your organs. But then you lose fat all over your body equally, the subcutaneous fat. Your face will look older with less fat under skin but get good sleep & look at the colour of your urine to see if you are drinking enough fluids, I bet you are not. So good start of weight loss is unseen but first place lack of fluid & lack of sleep is seen on your face.
